Old load regulators in switcher locomotives can be difficult to maintain, durability is a constant issue, and quality spare parts are harder to find. The ZTR Locomotive ELC (Electronic Load Controller) replaces old load regulators, while also delivering performance and diagnostic improvements to make a difference in switcher operations.
